At Flowerchild Soins du Corps, quality and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. For hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.

However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the affected product.

Please email a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging within 7 days of receiving your order to:

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
